God is a generous God who gives good things to us in our daily lives. In response Berachah Church desires to give our time, talent, and treasure to the neighborhoods and the nations.

Tithing
Why Give
At Berachah we believe that God has been generous to us in giving the gospel, we respond to God's generosity by giving to the advancement of the gospel in our neighberhood's and the nations. Biblical generosity is about trust and worship, trusting Gods to provide for your needs and worshipping him with your treasure. Scripture depicts giving as the first portion of all that we are given, we are asked to give a portion of our income as joyful worship, not as manipulation.
What is Tithing?
The Bible teaches us that the starting point for giving is a "tithe", which literally means a tenth. When we give the first 10% of our income to our local church, this is an act of trust and worship to God. God also encourages us to give generously for specific projects in the local church and other organizations that we believe in.

As a church we "tithe" the first 10% to missions. That means 10 cents of of every dollar goes to advancing the gospel in both local and global missions

Giving Statement & Annual Report
Transparency and accountability is one of our top goals when it comes to finances. Visitors and members are given an annual report at the end of each year and upon request.
